The aim of the People with Purpose Enterprise is to foster a professional learning community that is positive, effective and well-resourced embracing change and striving for excellence in teaching and learning outcomes.

Strategies

  • To establish a Staff Wellbeing program to build a flourishing community of happy and engaged staff focused on inspiring lifelong learning.
  • To develop a Talent Management strategy that will attract and retain world class educators who model the values of the College and are passionate about the growth and development of students.
  • To create equitable leadership development opportunities for all staff to explore and discover new talents and strengths.
  • To foster a culture of continuous professional improvement through peer mentoring and review.

St John’s Head of e-Learning and Innovation, Mrs Sharon Singh was awarded as a 2021 recipient of the Peter Doherty Awards for Excellence in STEM Education.
