As we approach the end of another remarkable year at ABCC, it’s with great enthusiasm that we reflect on the growth and development of our ABCC services. Over the past year, our team has been hard at work, dedicated to reviewing and improving practices to ensure our services stay up to date whilst continuing to provide families with high-quality care.

One of the most significant developments at ABCC is the introduction of two new service platforms to offer our families more information on our services and a one-stop shop for bookings and enrolments.

XAP, an all-in-one childcare management platform, has recently been introduced to simplify the way families manage their accounts, finances, and bookings. With XAP, parents will have access to a user-friendly, comprehensive platform that provides complete access to their child’s bookings and attendance records. It is designed to streamline interactions with our services, making it more convenient and efficient. Families can enrol now with XAP on the College website for 2024, and the 2023 December Vacation Care period.

In addition to XAP, we are excited to launch oneChild, an online programming platform that will allow us to share daily activities and events that your child participates in while attending ABCC. Through oneChild, you’ll have access to information about your child’s day, fostering a stronger connection and understanding of their experiences. We believe this will not only bring a sense of transparency but also offer insights into your child’s growth and development during their time at our service.

For families seeking operational information about our ABCC services, we are launching an updated version of our newly launched My St John’s My Learning page. This dedicated platform serves as a parent portal for vital operational details, ensuring that you have easy access to everything you need to know about our services. From policies and procedures to important announcements, this page will keep you well-informed and engaged.

These three digital platforms, and our new enrolment process, are the cornerstones of our commitment to providing the best possible experience for our ABCC families. By streamlining communication and providing access to essential information, we hope to make your engagement with our services more enjoyable and efficient.

We thank you for your continued support and look forward to welcoming you back in 2024.
